Cleanliness could use major improvement!!! Tired-looking furniture is uninviting, and the shower size is quite cramped!!! Parking is overly complicated for daily use, with limited available spaces!!! Improvement in room temperature control needed!!!

I had a good 4-night stay in a Double or Twin Room where the expansive breakfast menu offered local delicacies and fresh pastries. The cozy atmosphere was enhanced by the wonderful view from my room, coupled with the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from Este Castle. Special shoutout to the staff for their attentiveness and the unique lactose-free options they prepared for breakfast!

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Cathedral and the Opera House. Perfect for exploring on foot or biking. Breakfast was large and fresh, a great way to start the day. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making our stay even better!

We did have some noise issues from the street at night. a bit disruptive at times, especially when trucks came through early in the morning.
